Chicken Tikka Masala

1 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon sweetness paprika
1 teaspoon garam masala
1 teaspoon salt
1 8 oz. tin tomato plant sauce
1/2 loving cup one-half too half
1 loving cup water
1/2 loving cup fresh chopped cilantro
